Hot honey old fashioned

Round off the evening with a spiced whisky old fashioned, infused with hot honey – it’s a great wintry drink

Préparation

1. Put the honey, bitters and whisky in a tumbler. Stir to combine. Add a few ice cubes and stir until the outside of the glass is cold.
2. Twist the orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then drop into the cocktail. Garnish with a dried chilli, if you like.
